Here are some quick, easy fun ideas of things to do with kids.

 give them straws and let them cut them up. It helps with their fine motor and they have fun. Here is Joon Woo, Vivian and Sehyeok.

 Let them play with ice. Especially "cool" at this time of year. This is Liam. 

I did these things in March 2014. I think they would be fun anytime though.
