In July 2014, My friend Michelle and I went and tried a unique ice cream place in Arlington, Virginia it is called Nice Cream http://www.nicecreamfactory.com

You order your ice cream and they make it with fresh local ingredients right there and then they add liqued nitrogen and there you go, very fresh ice cream.

While Michelle and I were there we were able to also meet the owners.
