Recipe

Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
1/2 cup nuts chopped, I used walnuts
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can 20 oz pineapple slices undrained
maraschino cherries,drained and halved
1 package yellow cake mix
water
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
pre-heat oven to 350 combine butter and brown sugar in 9x13 pan mix well and spread evenly over the bottom of pan.
Drain pineapple reserving juice; set aside. Arrange pineapple slices over sugar mixture. Place a cherry in center of each pineapple.Sprinkle with nuts. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1-1/3 cup liquid. In a bowl combine cake mix, liquid, eggs and oil,whisk until well blended and smooth. Pour over fruit mixture.Bake 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven let cool five minutes carefully loosen edges of cake invert onto a serving platter and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I served this to Kathy last night:)
