recipe

witch's hat soup

easy way: make your favorite taco soup then proceed to how to make the witch's hat :)

the recipe:

1lb ground beef

2 cups water

2 cups frozen mixed veggies

1 can chili

1 can black beans-rinsed and drained

1 can diced tomotos with mild green chilies undrained

1/2 tsp sugar

how to make witch's hat

sprinkle taco seasoning on tortilla's cut out double the amount of circles of how many you people you will be serving, I served three so cut out six, I used a donut cutter to cut out mine but I'm sure any circle would do.cut a slit into the center of half the circles make it into a cone and secure with toothpicks. Place circles and cones on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until crisp or until you remember to take them out of the oven and the circle is a little bit browner than the cone...take out toothpicks place cones on circles and put a band of that cheese in a can around the base of the cone.

meanwhile, cook ground beef you can add onion or garlic to this if you like, drain, stir in all your other ingredients and go ahead and put the rest of the packet of taco seasoning you used on the witch's hat in there too.. cover and simmer for about 1o minutes stirring some

ladle soup into bowls put a witch's hat on each bowl

so cute and fun, you could even make extra witch's hats they were pretty tasty
